Refund Policy
Once an order for a digital product is confirmed and the product is sent, we do not issue refunds. We understand that customers may have a change of mind or have made an erroneous purchase, and we also understand the importance of customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products, it is not possible for us to issue refunds once they have been sent. We take all necessary steps to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases before they are sent out.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We will not tolerate any false or unjustified chargebacks and disputes. If a user makes a chargeback/dispute that is fraudulent or inaccurate (without trying to resolve the issue with us first) – we will regard this as friendly fraud and report it to the user’s credit/debit card provider. This will have serious consequences for the user’s bank account and will result in canceled services.
